Las calles de Nerja no tienen miedo al recodo, a la curva ni al misterio. No guardan mucho amor por la línea recta, y no hacen nada por ocultarlo. El origen andalusí del pueblo hace que en su ADN estén impresos el plano irregular y el callejón, en lugar de la avenida y el boulevar. El resultado son calles como las de esta tabla: inmunes a cartografías e indicaciones, pero con un lenguaje de macetas y alféizares que nerjeñas y nerjeños saben interpretar.

The streets of Nerja are not afraid of bends, curves or mystery. They do not keep much love for the straight line, and do nothing to hide it. The Andalusian origin of the town means that the irregular plane and the alley are imprinted in its DNA, instead of the avenue and the boulevard. The result is streets like the ones in this table: immune to cartographies and indications, but with a language of flowerpots and windowsills that nerjeñas and nerjeños know how to interpret.
