Los arcos del balcón de Europa dan la bienvenida a quienes pasean por estas calles con familiaridad, a quienes las visitan para inmortalizarlas o a quienes simplemente buscan su sombra. Este cabo presenció durante periodos geológicos la formación de las playas de Calahonda y el Salón para más tarde cobrar protagonismo albergando el Castillo Bajo, reducto artillero del pueblo. Y, como vemos cada día, este rincón se ha resistido a perder su papel central en Nerja. Un vértice de espacio, tiempo e importancia simbólica.

The arches of the Balcony of Europe welcome those who stroll through these streets with familiarity, those who visit them to immortalize them or those who simply seek their shade.
